Before we discover beauty we need to feel what it is. Or feel what it is not.
Beauty is not comparing ourselves to others, magazine images, celebrities or role models.
Beauty is feeling we are enough
It is only ourselves we need to address.
We don’t need to compare, judge or feel jealous.
When we feel these feelings towards others, that is when we don’t feel we are enough.
We are still searching for an outer beauty.
We are enough
When we stop comparing ourselves, stop judging or feeling jealous, we start feeling inspired by others, happy for others and love for others.
This is when we are in our natural beauty.
Feel into you, don’t feel into others.
When we are affected by ridicule, teasing or jealousy, we are still not feeling we are enough.
This is ok, we can just feel into ourselves a little more tomorrow, or as we lay to rest each night.
Beauty is feeling we are enough
Feel you, when you wake up
Feel you, as you go to bed
Feel you, before and after you eat and drink
Feel you, when you are taking the kids to school
Feel you, when a hunky guy or girl walks by
Feel you, when you have a hot flush
Feel you, when you get dressed
Never stop feeling you.
Once you feel you, you will feel what is not you…
Feeling tired when you wake up
Feeling over exhausted when going to bed
Feeling a craving to eat bad food
Feeling bloated, flat or racy after eating and drinking
Feeling rushed and frustrated taking the children to school
Feeling your self examination as a hunky guy or gorgeous woman walks by
Feeling overwhelmed by a hot flush
Feeling the lack of care when getting dressed
Take the time to feel and simply make the change to feel better.
When we do this, naturally, we start feeling good, acting good and suddenly start looking good. Our true inner beauty begins to shine.
This, is feeling we are enough.
We are Beauty
When we feel our beauty on the inside, we don’t compare, judge or become jealous.
When we are feeling ourselves, beauty is not hard to discover and express.
Simply wear what you feel like wearing.
The world does not see the clothes – it feels the love, honour and integrity with which you put them on.
When you do your hair just how you feel to, the world feels the fun, creativity or gentleness of each brush.
When the world sees our face, it feels our natural glow that we have, or feels the adoring way we put on our makeup.
When you feel you, the world does too.
This is expressing beauty in its truth.
As an adult I would have delved further into seeking an outer beauty, however, since discovering the ancient wisdom presented by Universal Medicine, I feel I have re-discovered my true beauty from which I can now express.
