Recently, I had a session with an Esoteric Breast Massage practitioner and I felt something quite amazing in my body. I was able to let go and allow myself to just be me and in that, there was such a beautiful feeling of equalness between us. This allowed for so much more tenderness and I felt how natural it is to be this way, supporting one another, instead of my putting others higher or above, which keeps us separate. I wrote that evening as the feeling kept unfolding and it was like I was remembering how we, as women, used to be with each other. There were so many tears as I felt how we have the potential to hold each other and ourselves in the absolute sacredness that we are, and how beautiful and natural it is for us to be this way. So I am sharing what I wrote with you all, which ended up being a message for myself and for all women.

It is an honour to be with you. I am in awe of the grandness that we are – of you and of me. When I simply let go and allow myself to be in equalness with you, I am so deeply touched by how much tenderness there is between us. My body is ready and you support me to go there – and when your body is ready, I can do the same. The love that we are bears no comparison, for we are of the same great love and of the same great light – you are my mother, my sister, my daughter, my lover – whoever you are, in essence we are the same great beauty. And in expression of this great beauty, we have our own way, and I honour this in you and I honour it in me – equally so. For how could I not appreciate another reflecting my own grandness back, to remind me of who I am? Thank you for your constant reflection – it is a joy and it is a blessing. So please don’t hold back if I forget – be all that you are, the true woman that you know. Just allow her to be, for she is so beautiful and amazing just as she is. When I let go and just simply be myself, I see you shining and I am inspired – this is true inspiration. And when you dim the amazing light that you are, if I simply let go and just let myself be, it is natural for me to support you, to shine brighter than ever before to remind you that you are truly divine and powerful beyond measure. We have supported each other in this way before. This is our natural way, to be in absolute equalness with each other and to truly honour and support one another just by being with each other. It is time that we rest, deeply so, and let go, to allow ourselves to truly be together once more.
